About The Position

The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems are efficiently maintained, safe, and operational while managing staff, budgets, and preventive programs. This role is crucial for maximizing equipment reliability, extending asset lifespan, and minimizing operational disruptions, thereby supporting production efficiency, safety, and cost control.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, as well as facility management and automated manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively across departments, and resolve conflicts.
• At least 3 years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• At least 2 years in staff management.
• Capable of analyzing maintenance issues, prioritizing tasks, and implementing efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
• Supervising Maintenance Staff: Hire, train, and evaluate technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules, performing inspections, and overseeing repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and automated systems.
• Tracking maintenance expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring availability of spare parts, tools, and materials through forecasting and inventory control.
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitoring maintenance KPIs, optimizing workflows, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and costs.
• Liaising with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks and equipment servicing.
• Responding promptly to equipment failures or facility emergencies to minimize operational disruptions.
