Maintenance Manager
About The Position
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the general maintenance, servicing and repair operations to maintain the residence, equipment, furnishings, fixtures and the surrounding grounds in proper condition. Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors and other staff members. Responsibilities
- General maintenance, servicing and repair operations to maintain the residence, equipment, furnishings, fixtures and the surrounding grounds in proper condition.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors and other staff members.
- Ensure the repair and maintenance needs of the residents are serviced in a timely manner.
- Upkeep the residence by performing preventative maintenance.
- Collaboratively ensure the smooth operation of the residence.
