Maintenance Manager
About The Position
This is a direct hire opportunity for a Maintenance Manager on the 2nd shift, working from 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, Monday through Thursday. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and a great benefit package. The primary responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment, troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and control system issues, and minimizing downtime by responding quickly to equipment failures. The position also involves working with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and electrical panels, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Strong electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (programming is a plus)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics and pneumatics
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on 2nd shift
