About The Position

Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of maintenance within the facility. This includes overseeing preventative and predictive maintenance, new installations, and equipment repair. The role involves managing the maintenance team, providing support and leadership in their everyday work assignments, and fostering their professional development to optimize personal performance and growth. All other relevant duties to the job are also included.

Requirements

• 8+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• 6+ years supervisory experience required.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Nice To Haves

• Maintenance related degree, technical training or a related certificate preferred.
