The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, solution-driven Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance efforts of our mill machinery and mechanical equipment. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime, and supporting farm success behind the scenes.

Requirements

1+ year experience in industrial, repair, millwright, or ag equipment maintenance
Two-year Technical Degree in a maintenance-related area or equivalent work experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience with electrical schematics
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform emergency and routine repairs to maintain uptime
Read and interpret electrical schematics to solve electrical issues
Minor truck and trailer repairs as needed
Create and execute preventative maintenance plans
Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns
Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections
Use data to improve reliability and performance
