About The Position

The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our health care facility. This includes making daily repairs as to the general facility and in resident apartments, preparing apartments for move in, and complying with all local and state regulations (Fire, Boiler, HVAC, etc.). The maintenance director tends to be the most popular person in the building on a daily basis, so must be friendly and inviting to resident requests and efficient with managing time and prioritizing projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Proven maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical & carpentry required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between facilities during the day.

  • Knowledge of ODH and State Fire Marshall regulations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the maintenance operations of our health care facility.
  • Making daily repairs as to the general facility and in resident apartments.
  • Preparing apartments for move in.
  • Complying with all local and state regulations (Fire, Boiler, HVAC, etc.).
  • Being friendly and inviting to resident requests.
  • Efficiently managing time and prioritizing projects.
  • Being in On-Call rotation for weekend emergencies and snow removal.
