About The Position

SP+ is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations for a DOT shuttle operation. The company is an artificial intelligence company for the real world, using computer vision to enable checkout-free parking experiences. They are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give back people's most valuable asset, time.

Requirements

Prior progressive supervisory or management experience in a transportation environment preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License depending on the location's hiring needs, with Passenger Endorsement if responsible for operating shuttle buses with a passenger capacity of 15 passengers or more.
Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb and balance.
Must use arms and hands to reach and handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience ensuring employer is compliant with federal (EPA Clean Water Act of 1977) and local laws and regulations, particularly in the area of water pollution preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance operations for a DOT shuttle operation.
Work with the on-site manager to prepare maintenance and cleaning schedules; assign, perform, and supervise the work product.
Oversee daily functions of the maintenance staff employees to ensure quality and timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance and cleaning projects.
Conduct daily inspects on cleaning, maintenance and repair projects to ensure that quality standards are met.
Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repair, including power washing, slurring, restriping, sweeping and commercial painting.
