Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer/Data entry skills.
• Demonstrated personnel supervisory skills.
• Five years experience in the corrugated box industry with heavy experience in electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Monitor warranties and manage parts inventory.
• Implement cost-effective preventive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct weekly production and safety meetings.
• Be on call 24/7 for operational emergencies.
• Oversee inventory.
• Negotiate with vendors for better deals.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Drive the selection and installation of significant projects.
