About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities. This role is vital in ensuring all manufacturing and industrial processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This individual would lead and function with the goal of ensuring our childcare centers are safe and meet the highest standards of operational efficiency. This individual will complete a wide array of general maintenance tasks while working in a child-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Ensures consistency and timely completion of routine repairs and maintenance, to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, lighting, painting, furniture assembly, groundskeeping, drywall repair, and similar projects.
Plans and coordinates Maintenance projects with Company leadership.
Collaborates with center management teams to schedule repairs with minimum disruption to operations.
Manages operational efficiency of maintenance tasks, including ensuring that all work is documented timely via the Company software application and producing reports as needed.
Ensures the safety and upkeep of school facilities, including classrooms, restrooms, common areas, playgrounds and equipment.
Ensures all areas are free from hazards, immediately addressing any potential safety risks.
Ensures all maintenance tasks comply with safety standards and local regulations.
Conducts comprehensive inspections using Company protocol.
Coordinates to implement timely repairs of any issues found during inspections.
Communicates with staff, families and children in a respectful and kind manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
