About The Position
The Maintenance Manager position will require leading the Maintenance Department to ensure plant reliability, efficiency, and cost-effective operation. The role involves overseeing all maintenance activities, managing plant fixed and variable costs related to grinding media and lubricants, and ensuring optimal resource utilization. The position also supports continuous improvement and safe work practices across all maintenance disciplines.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 12 months of experience in SAP.
- 12 months of experience in the cement industry.
- 12 months of experience in reliability systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an engineer.
Responsibilities
