Divert is a circular economy company focused on preventing food waste through nationwide infrastructure and innovative technologies. They offer an end-to-end solution that uses data to prevent waste, recover edible food for those in need, and transform unsold food into renewable energy. Their Integrated Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Plant processes unsold food from clients, separating packaging from organics for digestion, ultimately producing RNG for the local natural gas pipeline and reducing landfill waste. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal operation of equipment and systems, covering both front-end processes (bin washer, de-packaging, food processing) and back-end processes (wastewater treatment, biogas purification, filtration). As part of the Site Leadership team, the Maintenance Manager will oversee the day-to-day and strategic aspects of technical programs at the Lexington RNG plant, contributing to the company's growth and success through their maintenance program leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
