Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. The Maintenance Manager leads maintenance, reliability, and capital project activities at the Mesquite manufacturing site. This role advances safety, quality, continuous improvement, reliability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position supports safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of maintenance, reliability, or capital project leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and industrial equipment reliability.
  • Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in Mesquite, Texas.

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.
  • Process Safety Management (PSM) experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing or TPM experience.
  • Six Sigma or related continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the site maintenance team.
  • Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Lead mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation troubleshooting.
  • Manage CMMS/SAP planning, scheduling, and work execution.
  • Oversee budgets, contractors, spare parts, and cost controls.
  • Lead capital projects, including budgets and resources.
  • Implement Lean, TPM, 5S, DMAIC, and FMEA improvements.
