About The Position

Ford Motor Company is seeking a visionary and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead our newly restructured maintenance organization. This is a pivotal leadership role designed to transform our maintenance operations by driving the Ford Maintenance Operating System (MOS) and Lean Maturity in Maintenance to world-class levels. As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead our maintenance organization and will be the primary architect of maintenance excellence, ensuring our equipment reliability supports the high-speed demands of our manufacturing environment. This is a pivotal leadership role designed to transform our maintenance operations using the Maintenance Operating System to drive us to world-class levels. Requirements

Visionary and results-driven leadership.
Experience in leading a maintenance organization.
Knowledge of the Ford Maintenance Operating System (MOS).
Experience with Lean Maturity in Maintenance.
Ability to ensure equipment reliability in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
