About The Position

At Northwood Ravin, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance operations at the Halo Decatur apartment community. This role involves ensuring efficient system operation, timely unit turns, and maintaining the property to consistent, high standards. The manager will lead and develop the maintenance team, oversee work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs, and manage building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. They are also responsible for controlling maintenance expenses through vendor management, inventory oversight, and budget alignment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, inspections, and emergency response readiness. The ideal candidate takes full ownership of maintenance operations and outcomes, setting a high standard for execution and holding their team accountable.
