About The Position

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facility operations, ensure building systems run efficiently, and support a safe, well-maintained environment for residents, guests, and team members.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance leadership, facility services, or building operations management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate complex projects.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and respond effectively in emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations across the community, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
- Supervise and support maintenance team members while coordinating schedules, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Ensure building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Oversee work order systems, vendor relationships, and project management for maintenance and facility improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to support community operations, safety initiatives, and resident satisfaction.
