About The Position

Midland Transport is looking for Maintenance Manager- Sublet to work out of our Head office in Dieppe, NB. The Maintenance Manager – Sublet is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of all third‑party (sublet) maintenance activities across the fleet. This role ensures external maintenance services are delivered efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in alignment with company quality standards. This position oversees sublet spend control, vendor performance, warranty recovery, and compliance, while actively working to minimize equipment downtime. As the primary point of accountability for sublet maintenance, the Maintenance Manager – Sublet drives strong governance, builds effective vendor partnerships, and leverages data and performance monitoring to optimize cost, quality, and reliability across the organization.
