About The Position

The John Flatley Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for their Luxury Apartment community located South of Boston. This role focuses on technical and physical assets, including building systems, repairs, inspections, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance. The manager will also be responsible for managing inventory, contractors, capital projects, and ensuring the safety and efficient use of maintenance personnel and operations. Requirements

• maintenance manager's experience in residential property management
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
• Outstanding customer service orientation and superb communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be computer literate with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Will be required to be on call and must be available for emergency situations including weekends and holidays
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
