About The Position
Bandera at Preston Hollow in Dallas, TX is actively seeking an experienced Maintenance / Make Ready Technician to join our team. This position performs various maintenance related duties necessary to maintaining and enhancing the value of our Class "A" community as well as bringing vacant units up to make-ready status.
Responsibilities
- Prepares or assists in preparing all vacant apartments to a market ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance functions
- Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Assists in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
- Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
