About The Position

An Apartment Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents. This role is crucial for ensuring that apartments are in excellent condition for new tenants, contributing to tenant satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Experience in apartment make-ready or general maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to perform cleaning and groundskeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Ensuring the apartment is clean and presentable, including tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning.
• General Maintenance: Performing repairs and maintenance tasks
• Inspection: Checking all appliances, fixtures, and systems to ensure they are in working order.
• Repairs: Addressing any issues found during inspections, such as fixing leaks, replacing broken fixtures, or repairing damaged walls.
• Groundskeeping: Sometimes includes maintaining the exterior areas, such as landscaping and pool maintenance.
• Documentation: Keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs completed
