This position supports Click Bond’s Operations and, under minimal supervision, is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, secondary equipment, facility equipment and the facility grounds. The role involves performing highly diversified mechanical duties, providing emergency and scheduled maintenance, and rebuilding specific types of machinery. A key aspect of the role is utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for work orders and maintaining a work calendar. Collaboration with managers and other departments to enhance processes and procedures is expected, as is coordinating repairs cross-functionally. The position requires fabricating parts using various industrial equipment, interpreting technical documents, and safely handling compressed air and other gases. Responsibilities also include monitoring spare parts inventory, working with engineering on prints, coordinating with outside vendors, and providing mentorship to apprentices and co-workers. Routine testing and qualification of equipment, acting as a vendor point of contact, and performing general maintenance duties such as cleaning and basic plumbing/carpentry are also part of the role. Safe operation of rigging, lifting equipment, forklifts, and wastewater treatment processes is required. Adherence to safety guidelines, Click Bond policies, and maintaining a clean work area are essential. The role demands a self-starter with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
