About The Position

The Lube Service Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services and supporting the maintenance shop. This position is an entry-level pathway into diesel maintenance, focused on preventative maintenance services that keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s license in state of residency with acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and submit to the company random drug and alcohol program
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality and work standards
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environmental conditions
• Ability to work any schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working with tools and shop equipment

Nice To Haves

• Entry-level mechanical knowledge and experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers
• Complete oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
• Grease chassis and inspect key components
• Check and service tires, lights, and basic systems
• Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, or safety concerns and report issues
• Accurately complete service paperwork and inspection reports
• Keep the shop and work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Other related duties as assigned
