About The Position

Titan Factory Direct is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lot Manager to take ownership of our sales center, model homes, and overall property. This is a working, boots-on-the-ground role responsible for keeping everything clean, functional, and customer-ready at all times. If you take pride in your work, stay organized, and can manage tasks without supervision, this is a strong long-term opportunity.

Requirements

• Basic maintenance and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or janitorial work
• Basic electrical or repair experience
• Own tools

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional property
• Sweep, mop, and clean offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Keep all model homes clean, staged, and ready for customers
• Perform light maintenance, repairs, and basic electrical work
• Move furniture and assist with setup as needed
• Identify and report major repair needs (HVAC, lighting, etc.)
• Order and manage office and maintenance supplies
• Run errands as needed
• Schedule and coordinate service work for customers
• Maintain organized workflow and property standards
