About The Position

Join the Raw Seafoods Team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. We're currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Line Technician to join our team for an immediate, full-time role at our bustling seafood processing facility. You'll play a vital part in keeping our equipment running efficiently and safely - ensuring our operations never miss a beat. This position is 40 hours per week, with plenty of opportunities for overtime if you're looking to earn more.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Crown material handling equipment
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Basic automation knowledge
• Basic millwrighting knowledge
• Basic plumbing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing production equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance
• Responding to equipment issues
• Ensuring equipment runs with minimal downtime
• Working closely with the production team to keep things moving
• Troubleshooting problems as they arise
• Making recommendations to improve efficiency and safety
• Handling basic facility maintenance
• Performing emergency repairs
• Conducting inspections
• Replacing parts
• Managing parts inventory
• Documenting downtime or maintenance activity
