About The Position

We are looking for motivated individuals who can perform a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. Specific responsibilities include maintaining production equipment to optimize runnability through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of machines. Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime as required.

Requirements

• High school degree (or equivalent experience)
• Five years of maintenance lead experience
• At least 2 years with the same employer
• Troubleshooting skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures and the aptitude to correct those failures.
• Accurately completing administrative documents and following directions.
• Technical experience, reliability and the ability to work independently.
• Well versed in various computer systems (word, outlook, excel, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Technical degree or apprenticeship certification
• Maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or similar manufacturing environment
• NFPA 70E electrical certification or degree

Responsibilities

• Maintaining production equipment to optimize runnability through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of machines.
• Assisting with the maintenance techs.
• Performing regular maintenance tasks on the floor daily.
• Entering and maintaining PO’s, maintenance work orders and PMs.
