Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift

About The Position

Leading all maintenance processes and operations throughout the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring all company safety procedures and standards are followed, planning and executing repair and installation activities in plant equipment and facility, and maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies. The position also ensures timely completion of facility PMs, identifies training opportunities, interacts with service vendors, and acts as a facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance. Regular inspections of the facility and equipment are conducted to detect and resolve problems. The role actively participates in and sustains Safety, CI, and 5S activities, and provides input on performance reviews. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant work experience, specifically in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge or industrial maintenance
1-3 years of leadership experience

Nice To Haves

2- year technical degree, preferably in Industrial Maintenance
3 -5 years of experience in plastic injection molding or extrusion equipment

Responsibilities

Ensure completion of facility PMs on time and documentation in EAM
Identify and execute training opportunities in the maintenance and production teams
Interact with service vendors
Facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance
Conducts regular inspections of the facility and equipment to detect and resolve problems.
Actively participate, support, and sustain Safety, CI and 5S activities
Provides input on performance reviews
Other duties as assigned.
