Maintenance Lead - Nights
About The Position
The Night shift Maintenance Lead is focused on leading a team as well as be a team player while willing to be trained to work in other areas as needed and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role is perfect for an individual who: Always work in a safe manner and identify safety hazards. Conduct themselves in a professional manner during the course of the workday. Should be able to take care of tasks and assigned work as needed with little or no supervision. A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Requirements
- Should be able to wire in motors, motor starters, relays and other electrical equipment including Variable Frequency Drives with little or no assistance.
- PLC experience
- Should be able to do all types of plumbing including PVC, black iron and copper pipe.
- Can cut with oxy/acetylene and plasma cutter.
- Should be able to troubleshoot most problems using prints.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on assigned production machinery, including analyzing & diagnosing
- Turn in problems with equipment that needs to be repaired on P.M.
- Help & guide others with problems when needed
