About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead to help keep our plant running smoothly while building a career with serious growth potential. This role offers the opportunity to learn the operation from the ground up, work side-by-side with plant leadership, and position yourself for future Plant or Facilities Management opportunities. This position involves operating heavy-duty plant equipment, troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance and repairs, running quality control tests, improving plant performance, safety, and efficiency, tracking KPIs, coordinating needs, and assisting with repairs and cleanup. It's a dynamic role that is never boring.

Requirements

Willingness to work night shift, overtime, and weekends when needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments
Comfort working indoors and outdoors in heat, cold, dust, and industrial conditions

Nice To Haves

Experience in aggregate, sand, asphalt, or industrial plant operations
Familiarity with conveyors, dryers, screens, or similar equipment
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Basic computer and recordkeeping experience

Responsibilities

Operate fluidized bed dryers, conveyors, bucket elevators, and other heavy-duty plant equipment
Troubleshoot issues before they become bigger problems
Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and adjustments
Run quality control tests to make sure products meet top standards
Help improve plant performance, safety, and efficiency
Track production and maintenance KPIs
Coordinate tools, parts, and equipment needs
Assist with repairs, cleanup, and keeping operations running strong
Jump in wherever needed — because teamwork matters here
