About The Position
Ready to take the lead in maintenance? Join Greencroft Goshen, where your skills keep our campus safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for residents and staff. Full Time Schedule: M-F 7:30AM - 4PM Must participate in a weekend/evening on-call rotation
Requirements
- 3+ years maintenance experience (HVAC/Refrigeration cert required).
- Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work.
- Able to lift, climb ladders, and work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small maintenance team.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with projects, events, and seasonal needs (like snow removal).
