About The Position

Full Time Schedule: M-F 7:30AM - 4PM Must participate in a weekend/evening on-call rotation What Youll Do: Lead and support a small maintenance team. Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. Complete work orders and preventative maintenance. Assist with projects, events, and seasonal needs (like snow removal). What Were Looking For: 3+ years maintenance experience (HVAC/Refrigeration cert required). Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work. Supervisory experience a plus!
