About The Position

The maintenance lawn care employee is responsible for keeping the grounds cut, clean and maintained at all times. This role requires the ability to operate a zero-turn mower, weed eater, blower, and other lawn tools. The position involves maintaining the grounds throughout all months of the year, with potential adjustments to summer hours due to heat. Responsibilities include the safe use of company equipment and maintaining the grounds as directed by the maintenance manager. During inclement weather, employees may be asked to assist with indoor tasks such as painting and changing light bulbs.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Must know how to use company lawn equipment.
• Must know how to use a zero-turn mower, weed eater, blower and other lawn tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds during all months.
• Use company equipment safely.
• Maintain the ground per direction from the maintenance manager.
• Perform inside duties as needed during bad weather, such as painting and changing light bulbs.
