About The Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, including drywall repair, carpentry, painting, remodeling, and other essential maintenance tasks. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and functioning optimally.

Requirements

Knowledge of drywall, carpentry, painting, and remodeling techniques.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
Repair and install drywall, including taping, mudding, and finishing.
Carry out carpentry work, including framing, installation of trim, and other woodwork as needed.
Execute remodeling projects, including renovations, flooring installation, and layout modifications.
Paint interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Troubleshoot and repair general maintenance issues
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete projects efficiently.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
