About The Position
Lia Honda Williamsville is seeking a Maintenance/Janitorial professional to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire dealership. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming various areas, as well as performing shop and building maintenance, landscaping, and winter plowing. The position also involves performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager. The Lia Auto Group, established in 1977, is a prominent automotive group with 21 dealerships across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, offering a wide range of manufacturers and services. Requirements
- Previous janitorial/maintenance experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Punctual
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Keeps entire dealership in clean and orderly condition
- Performs any combination of the following duties: Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs and office spaces
- Shop maintenance
- Building maintenance
- Landscaping and/or winter plowing
- All other tasks assigned by Manager
