About The Position
Lia Toyota Colonie is seeking a Maintenance/Janitorial professional to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire dealership, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming various areas. The position also involves shop and building maintenance, landscaping, and winter plowing, as well as performing other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Previous janitorial/maintenance experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Punctual
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Keeps entire dealership in clean and orderly condition
- Performs any combination of the following duties: Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs and office spaces
- Shop maintenance
- Building maintenance
- Landscaping and/or winter plowing
- All other tasks assigned by Manager
