About The Position

StoragePRO is seeking a PT Maintenance/Janitorial professional with hands-on experience in plumbing and general building repairs for their facility in the Monterey Area, CA. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize and plan projects, maintain high productivity without direct supervision, and possess basic computer literacy, good customer service skills, and the ability to professionally resolve customer issues. The role requires the ability to walk the large facility throughout the day.

Requirements

Resume must show Maintenance/Janitorial experience
Hands on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs
Ability to prioritize and plan various projects
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity without direct supervision
Basic computer literacy
Good customer service skills
Ability to professionally resolve customer issues
Ability to walk the large facility throughout the day
Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning
Basic computer skills
Ability to travel
California Driver License with clean driving record
Ability to work weekend hours as required
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
