About The Position

This position is responsible for the regular maintenance of the location. Duties include sweeping and picking up garbage from floors throughout the entire garage, emptying trash cans, maintaining equipment by keeping it clean and dust-free, and removing graffiti when needed. The role also involves handling any maintenance problems that arise immediately and participating in special projects such as deep cleaning. The schedule is 32 hours per week, working Saturday through Tuesday, and requires weekend availability. The pay rate is $20 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is generally preferred, but not always required.
• Previous janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience is often expected.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and equipment like floor buffers or pressure washers.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
