About The Position

This is a full-time position responsible for the regular maintenance of the location. Duties include sweeping and picking up garbage, emptying trash cans, maintaining equipment, removing graffiti, and performing deep cleaning as part of special projects. The role requires immediate attention to any maintenance problems that arise.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is generally preferred, but not always required.
• Previous janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience is often expected.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and equipment like floor buffers or pressure washers.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance of the location.
• Handle maintenance problems immediately as they arise.
• Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors.
• Empty trash cans.
• Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust.
• Remove graffiti when needed.
• Perform deep cleaning as part of special projects.
