Requirements

• High school education.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Manual dexterity and strength/stamina to perform tasks.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant and grounds cleaning to ensure a sanitary and neat operation of the facility.
• Follow and maintain daily cleaning schedule.
• Cleaning of restrooms, handrails, floors, vestibules, and stairwells.
• Sweep, scrub, and mop floors as necessary.
• Collect and dispose of facility refuse.
• Replace/stock cleaning supplies for restrooms and storage areas.
• Safely operate a tow motor, floor sweeper, and floor scrubber.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Perform various duties as required by supervisors.
