About The Position

This position is responsible for managing the Maintenance Connection (MC) system, which includes equipment identification, parts inventory, requisition of parts, submitting work requests, parts orders, reports, and all data entry. The Maintenance Coordinator is also tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all parts areas at the Waco site, including Automation areas. Key responsibilities involve ensuring timely job completion and achieving MC goals for the Waco site. Additionally, the role supports all ISO procedures related to maintenance and equipment, contributes to process safety management, and serves as the primary contact for contractors and vendors with annual contracts such as Tennant, Arbon, and Raymond Handling.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the Maintenance Connection (MC) system to include equipment identification, parts inventory, requisition of parts, submitting work request, parts orders, reports and all data entry into the MC system.
Owning the cleanliness and organization of all parts areas at the Waco site, not limited to Automation areas.
Assuring jobs are completed in a timely manner and achieving and maintaining all goals for MC at the Waco site.
Support all ISO procedures involving maintenance and equipment, supporting process safety management.
Point of contact for contractors and vendors with annual contracts (i.e. Tennant, Arbon, and Raymond Handling).
