The Maintenance Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting maintenance operations by maintaining an adequate inventory of spare parts and managing equipment filters according to PM schedules. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for production equipment filters (25%) Responsible for replacing all filters according to PM schedules on a weekly basis. Responsible for maintaining an adequate filter inventory at all times. Responsible for continuously optimizing filter types and adjusting PM frequencies as needed. Responsible for continuously optimizing the filter management process such as implementing machine hour meters, differential pressure gauges, and better filters. Responsible for managing all aspects of equipment inventory (25%) Responsible for becoming a CMMS expert Responsible for new part creation in the CMMS Responsible for optimizing inventory min/max levels Responsible for assessing all expedited parts to be stocked Responsible for continuously improving the organization of inventory and stocking received parts Responsible for kitting and prepping materials for planned jobs. Responsible for conducting inventory audits. Collaborate with the project manager to ensure adequate supply of inventoried parts are on hand for large projects. Production and maintenance Support: (50%) Act as the liaison between maintenance, purchasing, and suppliers Administrative tasks such as creating Work Orders in response to failed oil sample analysis results. Coordinate shipping and receiving of maintenance repair parts (10%) Assist with PM’s, equipment repairs, and upgrades as needed. (<5%) Assist as needed and be a backup to the Maintenance Planner/Project Manager
