About The Position
Gain first-hand knowledge and experience in the industrial maintenance field by providing service to all departments from routine maintenance to special projects!
Requirements
- Enrolled and pursuing a degree ideally in Industrial Engineering Technology or similar field at local trade school, university, or community college
- Have experience or training to use process controls, motor controls and ladder logic for troubleshooting
- Considering full-time employment at Lakeside post-graduation if/when opportunity is presented as this is the goal of the internship
Responsibilities
- Work in a way that keeps you and your co-workers safe at all times.
- Maintain and repair building facilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair systems on machinery via work order
- Work with basic electrical wiring
