About The Position

This role places you at the center of keeping high-performance compute running—every hour of every day. As an Maintenance Inspector & Planning Coordinator, you’ll own the reliability, safety, and performance of the electrical and mechanical systems that power 24/7 data center operations, and support the maintenance team responsible for sustaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing critical power and cooling infrastructure by carrying out un/scheduled inspections then working with the Maintenance Planner to prepare preventative and corrective maintenance work for execution. Working hands-on in an industrial, mission-critical environment, you’ll respond to complex electrical and mechanical challenges, drive preventive maintenance strategies, and make real-time decisions that directly impact uptime and system efficiency. If you thrive in roles where technical leadership, accountability, and operational excellence matter—and where your work ensures uninterrupted, sustainable compute at scale—this position offers both meaningful responsibility and long-term leadership growth. With 100% renewable energy, we build, own and operate our data centers and take pride in being at the forefront of sustainable solutions for the ever-evolving applications of high-performance compute. We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way – responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.
