About The Position

Yellowstone Club's Fleet & Facilities department is currently seeking candidates for Maintenance II. The Maintenance Technicians provide engineering/maintenance services in the support of acquisition, operation, and lifecycle maintenance of Yellowstone Club’s facilities. Maintenance Technicians contribute to the minor and major facility improvements, renovations, up-keep of new and old facilities. Our Maintenance Engineers participate in all facets of lifecycle maintenance management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years maintenance engineer work experience in a luxury resort or private club setting
  • Proven work experience with electrical, plumbing, general building maintenance and safety systems, and repair skills for a facility and its equipment
  • Speak/write English clearly/legibly
  • Perform basic math calculations; talk and/or hear
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items; constantly stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands/arms, must be able to stand for extended periods
  • May be required to work outside in heat, extreme cold, rain, wind, snow or inclement weather
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US workers & H-2B workers

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering/maintenance services in support of acquisition, operation, and lifecycle maintenance of Club facilities
  • Contribute to minor and major facility improvements, renovations, and upkeep of new and old facilities
  • Maintain all tools and equipment in good repair
  • Support and improve engineering services that effectively address problems affecting Members and employees
  • Manage repair and maintenance projects and building improvements by effectively coordinating and planning all tasks
  • Coordinate maintenance efforts with engineering and other affected departments
  • Monitor and perform tests on Fire Alarm/Life Safety systems, be fully informed of system operation, and handle emergencies involving systems
  • Provide working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems
  • Monitor energy and utility usage of buildings on property
  • Log, track and interpret readings from meters, gauges and other measuring units
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of visited rooms and homes. Maintain privacy of Members at all times
