About The Position

We are seeking a Maintenance I to perform mechanical repairs and routine CNC maintenance while supporting day-to-day facility operations. In this entry-level role, you will focus on developing technical proficiency, executing standard maintenance tasks, and supporting team activities to meet business targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer competency
• Ability to stand and/or walk, bend, or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment parts, and work near moving mechanical parts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in a technical field
• 2-6 years of maintenance experience
• CNC maintenance experience
• Electrical certification (residential)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (e.g. presses, mills, lathes)
• Perform routine CNC maintenance and inspections (runout, leaks, vibration checks)
• Level CNC equipment using machinist tools
• Support basic electrical and facility maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
• Support team operations and contribute to departmental goals
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
