About The Position

As a Maintenance, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment within a designated facility. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and contributing to overall facility efficiency. This entry-level position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Litehouse started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
0–2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, particularly with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
Solid understanding of mechanical systems with proven ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and perform effective repairs.
Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools.
Able to think critically and implement practical, efficient solutions.
Comfortable reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Committed to meeting advancement checklist requirements and eager to learn new technologies and equipment.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Vocational or technical training is a plus.
A technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including lubrication, inspection, and replacement of worn components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address complex issues and support larger maintenance projects.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and address equipment-related concerns.
Responsible for following Food Safety policies and promptly reporting any food safety or quality concerns to a supervisor.
Must be able to work scheduled shifts and consistently meet attendance requirements.
