About The Position

Responsible for general upkeep, sanitation and cleaning, and minor maintenance of facility.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary
• Lift/Carry Constantly 10 lbs or less
• Lift/Carry Frequently 11-20 lbs
• Lift/Carry Occasionally 21-50 lbs
• Lift/Carry Occasionally 51-100 lbs
• Push/Pull Constantly 12 lbs or less
• Push/Pull Frequently 13-25 lbs
• Push/Pull Occasionally 26-40 lbs
• Push/Pull Occasionally 41-100 lbs
• Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth)
• Sense of Sound - Ability to hear horns and other safety alarms.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains floors daily
• Cleans and sanitizes all washroom facilities routinely.
• Empties waste baskets throughout the building.
• Vacuums, sweeps and dust off offices.
• Maintains outside grounds and removes litter.
• May assist with moving of equipment and or office furniture.
• Assists with snow and ice removal when needed.
• Complete job related checklists and forms.
• Monitor pest control devices.
