About The Position
This position assists the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor/III in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. The role helps ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff, and assists in anticipating, identifying, and correcting property-related problems and implementing procedures to prevent them.
