About The Position

Hourly Maintenance Technician in a Poultry Processing Facility. This role involves constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. The technician will identify parts needing replacement, utilize shop mathematics, and interpret drawings to adjust, maintain, or repair machinery. Responsibilities include responding to production area requests for mechanical issues, communicating with production management to diagnose problems, performing preventive maintenance, and completing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience
Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
General mathematic ability required to perform job
Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
Basic knowledge of standard and metric measures
Must be able to work assigned days/shifts (including some weekends)

Responsibilities
