About The Position
Perform essential physical labor as defined by operations requirements. May assist in maintenance of plants and equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions
- Basic mechanical skills (can be taught also)
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Manual labor around the plant area (e.g. shoveling & sweeping) to keep areas accessible and clean
- Assist technicians by providing tools and parts
- Help with installations of parts.
- Lubing of plant equipment
- Assist with inspections
- Painting
- Climbing ladders, inclines and lifting
- Assisting with adding additional products to trucks, i.e. fiber, ice etc.
