About The Position
Responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and plumbing systems, and related systems. Responsible for facility maintenance.

- 1 year in maintenance
Responsibilities
- Plans, supervises, reviews, and participates in the work of contractors.
- Establishes schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services.
- Develops, implements and executes machinery Preventive Maintenance Program on all company equipment.
- Performs safety inspection on equipment, facility and vehicles.
- Coordinates construction projects, remodels, and other special projects to completion.
- Assist in the preparation of various contracts, requests for proposals, and reports.
- Does general repairs such as painting, patching walls, security hardware, hanging shelves, etc.
- Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices.
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Management and Maintenance supervisor
