About The Position

Assists Maintenance Supervisor as directed. Additional duties, which are necessary to carry out the function of the Maintenance Worker, may be assigned and are incorporated by reference into this job description.

Requirements

• Light physical activity performing light strenuous activities of an administrative, productive and/or technical nature.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands or arms.
• Frequently required to talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Must regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must frequently lift up to 10 pounds.
• Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor as skills may allow.
• Repairing fences, changing light bulbs, demolition of old property, painting, electrical, assists in welding, refrigerator repairs, and assisting in lift equipment maintenance.
• Reporting to work on time, as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor, and completing all duties in a timely manner.
• Performing duties in a cooperative, capable manner, processing the information effectively and communicating the information as needed effectively.
• Being subject to cross-training into jobs within the organization based on Company needs.
